All Sugar Works creations are made fresh-to-order with love and intention — no pre-scented inventory here!
Turnaround time depends on what you order:
• Ready to Ship items: Ship within 3–5 business days
• Custom & Vault orders: May take 21-28 business days
(This includes scent blending, bottling, and fulfillment.)
Please note: If we’re waiting on a specific ingredient or oil for your scent, this may extend your wait. We’re a slow-made, small-batch brand — and every blend is worth the extra time 💕

💖 What comes in a custom scent order?
Every Custom Sugar Works Scent includes:
• One 30ml Extrait de Parfum
• One 100ml Luxe Body Oil
• Your unique, hand-blended scent based on the notes you select
Optional upgrades like Body Mist, Hair Perfume, and Glow Butter can be added at checkout for the ultimate layering experience ✨
🔁 Can I reorder the same custom scent again?
If you fall in love with your custom blend, save your note list and email us!
We’ll do our best to recreate it or even consider it for a limited re-release if others request it too 💌

No way! We love animals and would never test on them.
All Sugar Works products are proudly cruelty-free 💖
🎁 What’s the difference between Ready to Ship, Custom, and Vault orders?
• Ready to Ship – Limited batch scents made in advance and shipped quickly
• Custom – You build your own scent using our seasonal note selector
• Vault – You request a past Sugar Works scent to be re-blended, if still available
Each shopping style gives you a different way to experience our signature magic ✨
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges — even if you don’t end up loving the scent.
💡 Tip: If you’re new to Sugar Works, start with a Ready to Ship scent before exploring custom blends!
📝 I made a mistake on my order — can I change it?
If you need to update your shipping address or scent selections, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production.
🧴 Do your products contain alcohol or parabens?
• Our Body Oils, Butters, and Hair Perfume are alcohol-free
• Our 30ml Perfume (Extrait) does contain alcohol for projection and longevity
• All of our products are paraben-free and made with skin-safe, phthalate-free fragrance oils whenever possible
